First of all, Leo Ocean Marine Co., Ltd. (Leo Ocean Marine CO. LTD) would like to extend our respectful greetings and sincere thanks to our valued customers for your cooperation and support over the past time.

Since its establishment, Leo has continuously strived to expand, develop and modernize its fleet. Our current fleet is highly diversified, including liquefied gas carriers, product oil tankers and chemical tankers operating without limitation on domestic and international routes.

Leo’s core business is sea transportation. We are not only a shipowner, manager and operator, but also participate in chartering, sale and purchase of vessels and related services through our subsidiaries and branches such as agency services, forwarding & logistics, ship repair, supply of lubricants, materials, crew manning… as well as joint venture and partnership activities.

Leo has established, implemented, maintained and effectively operated an integrated Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System (SMS), and we constantly focus on supplementing and improving its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of the International Safety Management Code (ISM Code), ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, the Maritime Labour Convention and inspection standards under the SIRE 2.0 Programme of OCIMF, as well as inspections and assessments in accordance with the Chemical Distribution Institute (CDI) and the Tanker Management and Self Assessment (TMSA) programme.
